Whitelisted Users
Whitelisted users in MarketPlate enjoy enhanced access privileges within the client-facing application. These permissions include the ability to view test stores, access draft content before it's published, and see internal promotions not yet available to the general public. This special access ensures that these users can effectively preview and test various features to enhance the overall quality and user experience of the platform.
How to Add New Whitelisted User
IMPORTANT: Ensure that the email address you add belongs to a user already registered in the application. Adding an unregistered email will result in an error.
Navigate to your user account on the top right corner.
Select Settings.
Select Whitelisted Users.
Click Add Admin Mobile User to open a pop up.
Enter the user’s email address you are allowing to preview drafts and test content without publishing.
Click Add to finish.
Important: If the user is already logged in, they must log out and log back in after being added to see the changes take effect.
